Good news.. the better job a cleaner does, the more they get paid! We have a special bonus system that allows us to incentivize the cleaners to do a great job. This way you don't have to worry about cleaners not giving their best effort!

Most companies have somewhere on their website that says "your satisfaction is guaranteed". Sounds cool right! What does that mean? It means that they wrote that so you would have piece of mind, but it doesn't actually mean anything. If you are not happy they will likely say that the cleaner did their best and you are just being picky.. YIKES!

At Home Team Cleaning, we fully guarantee our work! What that means is we will return free of charge to finish what wasn't done properly if needed. If an item on the checklist was missed or the work is deemed "sloppy", then we come back for free and fix it! Simple as that..
